Physical health
Body & organsWe consider the body and its organs, their functions, symptoms and clinical findings.

Four dimensions shape our understanding of health: physical, mental, energy and emotional wellbeing. In a personal consultation, we investigate possible causes, interpret findings and develop a treatment plan based on clinical judgment. Our aim is to support wellbeing and functional ability over time.

It begins with a personal consultation. Your doctors listen, review your medical history and ask what has changed in your life. Symptoms, circumstances and existing findings are considered together before further tests or treatments are recommended.
We look for possible causes and modifiable factors to set clear priorities for the next medical steps.

Physical, mental, energy and emotional wellbeing influence how we feel and cope with daily demands. We consider their interaction in the clinical assessment.
We consider the body and its organs, their functions, symptoms and clinical findings.
Thought, behaviour and feelings are also influenced by neurochemical processes in the brain.
Mitochondrial metabolism and energy production form part of this perspective, alongside sleep, recovery and resilience.
Emotional wellbeing, relationships and personal circumstances are considered in the consultation.
The IUNE Score concept brings together medical findings, sleep and activity information, and your personal wellbeing in a digital health profile. The four dimensions are considered together over time: what is changing, how do you feel, and which next steps make sense?

Medical findings · Activity · Physical function

Medical history, symptoms, previous findings and a physical examination define the clinical question.
Depending on the clinical question, selected biomarkers, an analysis of autonomic nervous system activity or DNA-based information may complement the assessment. Doctors interpret the results in context.
Genetic information can help put risks into context. Treatment addresses symptoms, functional abnormalities and modifiable risk factors.
Your personal strategy follows from the clinical assessment. We prioritise symptoms and modifiable risks and discuss which IUNE treatments are medically appropriate. The IUNE Blueprint records goals, treatments and follow-up appointments. We review symptoms and relevant findings over time and adjust the plan when needed.
