For patients with complex symptoms
For certain chronic, post-viral, or systemic conditions, IUNEpherese™ by Cell4Care® may be part of a medically supervised treatment plan. This list is intended as a general guide and is not a substitute for a medical evaluation of the individual case.
Chronic inflammation of the
When inflammation-related stress persists over a long period of time and places a constant strain on the body.
Autoimmune diseases
For example, in cases of psoriasis, certain forms of arthritis, or complex immune system disorders.
Toxins

In cases of metabolic stress, systemic dysregulation, or increased oxidative stress.
Long COVID & post-viral symptoms
Fatigue, cognitive impairment, and prolonged post-viral symptoms.
What sets this therapeutic apheresis procedure apart
This procedure focuses on the controlled heating of the plasma and a significantly reduced supply of NaCl. These two factors can help make the treatment more stable, better tolerated, and of higher overall quality.
While earlier procedures often involved the use of about 2 to 3 liters of NaCl, the volume of fluid used in IUNEpherese™ is generally much lower. This places less strain on the circulatory system, which can contribute to better tolerability of the treatment.
Additional benefits
Promotes stable flow characteristics and more uniform filtration during the treatment process.
Maintaining a constant temperature can reduce the risk of protein denaturation and unwanted clumping.
The body-temperature return flow and the reduced strain on the circulatory system can make the treatment more comfortable overall.
It is not just the treatment that makes the difference, but the medical approach behind it.
IUNEpherese™ by Cell4Care typically follows a structured two-session protocol. This approach makes it possible to first reduce existing stressors in the circulatory system and then further reduce the substances released in a targeted manner.
First IUNEpherese™
Initial relief for the system, reduction of currently circulating toxins, and stimulation of the release of stored substances from the tissues.
Regeneration
This recovery day is accompanied by the stabilization of fluid and protein balance, as well as the monitoring of any potential subsequent reactions.
Second IUNEpherese™
As the process continues, previously mobilized substances can be further reduced in a targeted manner, and biological regulation can be further supported.

Frequently asked questions
Is IUNEpherese™ suitable for everyone?
No. Whether IUNEpherese™ is medically appropriate must always be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Before a decision is made regarding treatment, a medical evaluation will therefore be conducted based on the information you provide and, if necessary, additional medical records.
Why are two sessions usually recommended?
IUNEpherese™ is typically designed as a structured two-session program. During the first session, circulating toxins can be reduced while simultaneously mobilizing stored substances from the tissue. The second session serves to further reduce these previously mobilized substances in a targeted manner and to medically enhance the treatment process.
How quickly will I receive a response to my inquiry?
Once we receive your inquiry, we will review it and forward it to the appropriate team. You will then receive a prompt response regarding the next steps. The exact time required may vary depending on our workload and the scope of the information provided.
Do I need to upload my medical records right away?
No. For your initial inquiry, a brief description of your symptoms, diagnosis, or current condition is usually sufficient. If additional information is needed for further medical evaluation, previous medical records, lab results, or doctor’s reports can be requested in the next step.
Is the treatment being administered under medical supervision?
Your next step starts with a request
If you would like to know whether IUNEpherese™ might be medically appropriate for your situation, please submit your request for an initial medical evaluation now.
