The IUNE Center is centrally located in Palma de Mallorca and is aimed at patients who expect more than a traditional practice. Our focus is on internal medicine, prevention, regeneration and modern longevity medicine.
In interdisciplinary teams, we support people with chronic complaints, complex clinical pictures and a high awareness of health. Everyday practice life is plannable, private and offers space for careful diagnostics and personal discussions - without a crowded waiting room.

Your tasks at the IUNE Center
You will work as part of a well-coordinated team and combine classic internal or general medicine with modern preventive and longevity diagnostics.
- Outpatient care of internal and general medical patients (private & international)
- Carrying out and evaluating basic internal diagnostics (laboratory, ECG, sonography - depending on qualifications and equipment)
- Medical assessment of longevity and prevention programs (e.g. sleep, metabolism, regeneration, weight management) - Creating individual therapy and prevention plans in coordination with other specialist disciplines - Participation in interdisciplinary case discussions and structured progress documentation sleep, metabolism, regeneration, weight management)
- Preparation of individual therapy and prevention plans in coordination with other specialist disciplines
- Participation in interdisciplinary case discussions and structured progress documentation
- Medical co-responsibility for quality standards, guideline orientation and patient safety
- Participation in the further development of programs (e.g. check-ups, Long-Covid, metabolic health, sleep & recovery)
Your profile - what we are looking for
For this position, we are looking for a professionally competent person who enjoys modern private medicine and an international environment.
- Completed specialist training in internal medicine or general medicine (EU recognition)
- License to practice medicine in an EU member state and willingness to register with the Col-legi Oficial de Metges de les Illes Balears (support is possible)
- Solid experience in the outpatient care of internal medicine patients, ideally in a practice or MVZ
- Interest in prevention, longevity topics, functional medicine or regenerative approaches
- Very good knowledge of German; Good communication skills in Spanish and English are expressly desired
- Confident handling of digital practice processes (practice software, telemedicine, structured documentation)
- Empathic, clear communication style and enjoyment of structured, plannable work without clinic service models
If you already have experience in an international environment, in the field of check-up medicine or with German-speaking patients abroad, this is a plus - but not a mandatory requirement.
