APPLICATIONS & BENEFITS

Assess and address hormonal symptoms.

Typical areas of use

  • Perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms, including hot flushes and night sweats
  • Cycle changes and suspected hormonal disorders
  • Low libido and suspected testosterone deficiency in men
  • Sleep, weight or wellbeing changes that may have a hormonal component

Your practical benefits

  • A symptom-based assessment of possible hormonal causes.
  • Discussion of appropriate treatments, benefits and risks when a diagnosis is confirmed.
  • The goal is targeted relief of hormone-related symptoms and a clear monitoring plan.

Our medical team determines whether the programme is appropriate for you based on your symptoms, diagnosis, existing findings and previous treatment. Together, we discuss your personal goal, expected benefit and possible risks.

Medical sources

Symptoms alone do not establish hormone deficiency. Hormone treatment requires an appropriate indication and individual benefit–risk assessment.

Sources address the described assessments and individual procedures. They do not validate the complete IUNE package.

ENDOCRINE ASSESSMENT

Understand symptoms. Investigate with purpose.

A single hormone result does not explain how you feel. Symptoms, medical history and appropriately selected investigations need to be considered together.

Your stage of life

Cycle, menopause, existing conditions and personal goals guide the clinical questions.

Selected investigations

Tests are chosen following medical assessment. Timing, medicines and repeat measurements where necessary inform interpretation.

Personal results discussion

Understand which findings matter, whether treatment is appropriate and what comes next.

YOUR ENDOCRINE CARE

Specialist expertise. Individual care.

Dr. Aleksandra Speranskaya specialises in endocrinology and nutrition. She considers hormonal symptoms together with your metabolic health and personal circumstances to plan individual medical care.

CONNECTED PERSONAL CARE

Treatment guided by findings

Options are discussed with their benefits, risks and your preferences. Hormone treatment is not an automatic part of the programme.

Daily life & lifestyle

Nutrition, movement, sleep and personal pressures inform recommendations. Coaching can support practical changes.

Additional support & review

IHHT, cold applications or micronutrients may be considered individually as adjuncts. Follow-up reflects your treatment.

Prescriptions and treatment changes follow medical assessment. Further specialist investigations are discussed when needed.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

Questions about Female/Male Balance.

Is this only for menopause?

No. Other hormonal concerns in women and men may also be assessed. Your first consultation establishes what care fits your needs.

Do I need a full hormone panel?

Not necessarily. Tests depend on symptoms, age, medicines and history. Typical menopausal symptoms do not always require laboratory testing.

Does the programme include hormone therapy?

Not automatically. Whether hormonal treatment is indicated and suitable is assessed individually and discussed with you.

Can I bring existing results?

Yes. Please bring laboratory results, medical reports and a list of medicines and supplements.
