What shapes your health — and where can you take action? DNA-based preventive analysis, selected laboratory markers and a personal medical consultation provide a foundation for your health planning.
Family history and questions about inherited health risks
Personal preventive planning using selected DNA and laboratory analyses
Medical interpretation of existing genetic findings
Preventive planning for known, modifiable risk factors
Your practical benefits
Understand what your genetic and laboratory findings do and do not mean.
Connect results with your history and modifiable risk factors.
Receive practical next steps for risk-based prevention and further counselling where needed.
Our medical team determines whether the programme is appropriate for you based on your symptoms, diagnosis, existing findings and previous treatment. Together, we discuss your personal goal, expected benefit and possible risks.
Medical sources+
Genetic tests cannot reliably predict most diseases. Broad longevity test packages and epigenetic age measurements do not demonstrate life extension.
Sources address the described assessments and individual procedures. They do not validate the complete IUNE package.
Genetic findings alone do not explain your health. Your history, current laboratory markers and life circumstances provide the context for personal recommendations.
DNA-based preventive analysis
Before testing, discuss which questions the selected test can address and its limitations.
Longevity laboratory
Medically selected markers add information about your current health. Scope and interpretation are discussed in advance.
Personal results consultation
Understand which findings matter for your planning, what remains uncertain and which steps make sense next.
YOUR OUTCOME
Know what matters for you.
The key question follows the analysis: what does this mean for everyday life? Your findings are translated into understandable recommendations and next steps.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
Individual applications
IHHT, audio and light training, infusions and device-based applications are selected only after assessment of suitability.
Everyday coaching
Optional support helps you put agreed steps into practice and review your experience.
Targeted follow-up
Further laboratory tests or optional epigenetic analysis are planned around a specific clinical question.
Genetic results describe possible predispositions; they cannot predict with certainty whether disease will occur. An epigenetic age measurement does not demonstrate life extension.
YOUR PROGRAMME IN PALMA
From your question to a personal plan.
First consultation
Discuss your goals, family history, medicines and existing findings.
Analysis & review
Following information and consent, the agreed tests are arranged and medically reviewed.
Recommendations & next steps
Discuss your results and receive individual recommendations for your health planning.
The scope of testing, costs, timing and optional services are agreed personally and in writing beforehand.
BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
Your profiling questions.
How does it differ from Blueprint?+
Longevity Profiling focuses on DNA-based preventive analysis and laboratory testing. Blueprint takes a broader view of your current health. The first consultation helps identify the appropriate approach.
Can DNA testing predict disease?+
Genetic variants may indicate predispositions. Many conditions also depend on other genetic factors, lifestyle and environment. Findings therefore need medical interpretation.
Are all applications included automatically?+
Additional applications depend on medical suitability and your written offer. Coaching and epigenetic follow-up are optional.
What should I bring?+
Existing laboratory results, medical reports, a medicine list and family medical history help avoid unnecessary repeat testing.
