What happens in the cold chamber - clearly explained
In whole-body cryotherapy, you stand in dry cold (-85 °C) for 2-3 minutes. The strong, brief cold stimulus triggers the body's own programs: blood circulation is redistributed, inflammatory mediators can decrease, muscles relax, and many people report a better mood and sleep the night after. The stimulus is intense, but easy to control and generally well tolerated.

How a session at the IUNE Medical Center works

2. preparation: dry skin, no jewelry or wet clothing. You will receive protection for your hands, feet, mouth/nose and ears.
3. Cold stimulation: 2-3 minutes in the chamber, continuously supervised and camera-monitored; you remain in contact with our team.
4. Wrap-up: Warm-up, brief evaluation, recommendations for everyday life and - if desired - integration into your regeneration program (e.g. IHHT, VNS analysis, sleep modules).
